When you call, we get the basics fast: address, water source if you know it, whether the supply is shut off, and whether the water is clean or contaminated. If the supply isn't shut off we'll talk you through finding the main valve while a truck is already rolling.
On site, the first job is stopping the source and getting standing water out with truck-mounted extractors, usually within the first couple of hours of arrival. Then we set up commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, lift carpet pad where it's worth saving, and pull baseboards or drill small weep holes in drywall so trapped water can escape instead of wicking up the wall.
