The Pure Air Charlotte VaPURE™ treatment is effective against germs and viruses on surfaces and in the air. The dry-fog particles are roughly half the size of a mold spore — at least ten times finer than the fogging equipment other companies use — so they bounce off surfaces instead of sticking, letting the vapor reach nearly every space pathogens can reach: crawl spaces, HVAC ductwork, closets, and furnishings. The process has been studied by the Army Corps of Engineers and is applied by the label, including around electronics.

Stage one: the VaPURE™ sterilant treats mold throughout the space. Its active ingredients are acetic acid, peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide. The active component of the sterilant is on the EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List. It breaks down into acetic acid (white vinegar), oxygen and water shortly after treatment.
Because we apply VaPURE™ vapor throughout your home or business, the treatment reaches areas traditional means of application would not — treating pathogens in difficult-to-access locations where they typically thrive.
Lasting protection
We apply the EverPURE™ antimicrobial layer onto treated surfaces to limit future microbial regrowth — the backbone of our warranty. The coating forms a covalent bond with the surfaces it contacts — invisible, imperceptible, and it does not off-gas or contain harmful metals or irritants.
Mechanically, not chemically, the layer covers surfaces in microscopic spikes roughly 1/1,000th the size of a human hair — around 500 trillion fit on a quarter — each carrying a single-nitrogen-atom positive charge. Negatively charged mold, bacteria, and other microbes are drawn to the spikes like magnets and physically torn apart on contact, before they can take root. No residue, no texture.
We are confident in the effectiveness of our treatment. So confident, in fact, that we offer a 1 Year Free Re-treatment Warranty on the treatment process. This warranty stays with the home, so if you sell, the new buyers will be able to trust in the solution as well. A longer warranty is available through our recurring inspection service called the Peace of Mind Warranty Plan. If you see mold growth or are otherwise concerned it has returned, we will return and retreat your home based on the warranty coverage — provided there's no new water intrusion, no prolonged high humidity (over 60% indoor), the home hasn't sat unoccupied more than 30 days, and any recommended repairs were completed.
