Mold Inspection in Charlotte, NC. A thorough mold inspection finds what's growing, where it's growing, and the moisture source feeding it—before you spend a penny on treatment.
You can smell something off, or you've spotted a patch of mold in one room and you're wondering what else is hiding behind the walls. Maybe a home inspector flagged something and didn't have the tools to investigate further, or you've had damp problems for months without a straight answer on where the water is coming from. That's where we come in. We show up with the right equipment, inspect properly, and tell you what's going on inside the property, usually within a day or two of your call.

“Trevor and his crew including Avery & Michael have been outstanding! I’m 90 years old. Having to move apartments because of water damage was made so easy because of primarily these three but everyone associated with them. Trevor is very accessible and readily responsive. Avery was all about my safety & comfort. I felt completely at ease at every turn! Trevor continues to keep me informed and updated.”
“Trevor, Dustin, and Michael were a professional group—communicative and kind. They were thoughtful about where to put the machines and diligent about carefully taping the cords down. We would highly recommend them. M and M Ward. 1/21/2025”
“Great customer service and team. Sealing the crawl space and putting a dehumidifier down there made all the difference. Before that, my old house indoor humidity was almost the same as the outdoors. Now even on the wettest of days, its only 50% max indoors. 🙌”
There are a handful of situations where booking an inspection makes sense.
Every job starts with a proper walkthrough, inside and out. We look for visible mold, water stains, condensation patterns, and the structural issues that lead to moisture problems in the first place. Then we bring out the equipment.
Protimeters and moisture meters check moisture content inside walls, floors, and ceilings, so we can find water even when the surface looks dry. Hygrometers track humidity in individual rooms, crawl spaces, and attics.
Thermal imaging helps us spot temperature differences that point to hidden wet areas behind finished surfaces. If we need lab confirmation, we collect air or surface samples and send them out for independent analysis.
