“I had the entire house inspected for mold by Pure Air professionals, following a leak that seeped through floors and walls before I realized the issue. I have been having respiratory issues since. Jason came to inspect the house and he and his colleague were extremely professional, clear and thorough in their job.”

If scrubbing isn't holding, the mold has moved past the surface, and at that point what you're reaching is only the visible edge of something bigger.
Most remediation companies handle bathroom mold by turning it into a renovation. Tile out, drywall out, vanity out.
We don't do it that way. Our VaPURE process, developed by Pure Air Charlotte, uses a two stage dry fog that reaches behind the tile, into wall cavities around plumbing, under the tub, and into the seams where bathroom mold actually lives.
Stage one treats what's there. Stage two leaves a protective coating that bonds to surfaces and slows regrowth in a room that stays wet by design.
While we're on site, we also figure out why it happened in the first place, whether that's a fan venting the wrong way, a slow leak under the vanity, or a drain line sweating through summer humidity. Most bathrooms we treat are done in a single day.
Your price depends on the size of the bathroom, whether the mold has spread into adjacent rooms or up into the attic, and what's feeding the moisture in the first place.
We've worked in bathrooms across the Charlotte area, from 1950s ranches in Plaza Midwood to newer builds in Concord, and the humidity here earns every bit of its reputation. We know what this climate does to tile, drywall, and attic insulation, and we know the construction quirks that make Charlotte bathrooms worse than they need to be. Every job gets verified with independent lab testing, and we guarantee indoor mold levels will come back lower than outdoor levels after treatment. Same day service is available when we have openings, and we stand behind the work in writing.
Stop scrubbing the same black spots every weekend. Call Pure Air Charlotte at 704-396-4233 and we'll come take a look before your bathroom problem becomes a whole house problem. Most jobs we see can be handled in a single day, without the demo bill.
The first step is a free telephone consultation with a specialist. It helps you understand why you have mold, the causes, and what can be done about it — including Pure Air Charlotte services, availability, and pricing.
