A pipe burst overnight and there's already mold creeping across the soaked drywall by the time you notice. A tenant calls about a black patch spreading on the basement wall, or the home inspector flagged contamination three days before closing and the sale is on the line. These are not situations where you shop around and compare quotes for a week. Pure Air Charlotte picks up the phone, takes the problem seriously, and can be on site fast enough to actually help.

“The gentleman was extremely informative and thorough. He was a complete pleasure to talk with and was very helpful in remedying our issue. I would highly recommend them for any mold or mildew issue you might have.”
“Patrick was great to work with. He showed up on time, very friendly, answered all our questions and provided great recommendations for mold testing and remediation. Great company to work with!”
“Patrick, the mold inspector/treatment professional, was just that--very professional, reliable, knowledgeable and absolutely awesome. He and the owner, Daniel, are TOP SHELF. There were some issues with the handyman he sent for drywall replacement and I was upset (I have a construction background so have a good understanding of how things should be done), but Daniel went above and beyond to make everything right. Most companies would not do that. I would give him a 10-star rating based on that alone if I could. Problems happen, but the incredible communication and customer service makes all the difference if/when they do. He resolved the issues without hesitation. Outstanding customer service! I could not be more satisfied and cannot recommend this company enough. Patrick and Daniel are AWESOME!!!!!!!”
“Patrick arrived and was extremely informative and thorough throughout the entire process. He shared pictures, and walked us through everything he was doing and assisted in creating an action plan. We would recommend pure air, as well as use them again in the future!”
“Pure Air NC has been beyond a gift!! They have very respectfully supported me in having CLEAN AIR in my home. I suffered for years from mold toxicity. Now all is well!!! Forever grateful for their expertise.”
If mold is spreading quickly or putting people at risk, it's an emergency.
We use Pure Air Charlotte's patented VaPURE process, which is where we gain the most ground on traditional remediation in an emergency. Standard companies have to set up containment, tear out drywall and insulation, treat what's left, then rebuild.
That runs into days or weeks even on a prioritized job. VaPURE uses an antimicrobial sterilant that treats mold on surfaces and in the air throughout the affected area, including wall cavities, HVAC systems, and the spaces behind flooring that nobody wants to rip open.
Because we rarely need the tear-out step, we skip the slowest part of the process. Once the mold is dead, a second coating bonds to surfaces and helps keep regrowth in check while you fix the moisture source that caused the problem in the first place.
Most jobs go from assessment to a clean, lab-verified property in a matter of hours.
Emergency work usually comes with a premium because crews get pulled off other jobs and paid overtime to show up fast.
In a mold emergency, three things matter: someone who answers the phone, a process that actually works fast, and proof the job is done. Pure Air Charlotte covers the whole Charlotte metro with same-day response when you need it. VaPURE finishes most jobs in hours rather than days. Every job comes with independent post-treatment lab testing, and we guarantee indoor mold levels will come in below outdoor levels or we retreat at no cost. We've been working across the Charlotte area for years, so we know what the humidity and older housing stock around here put homes through.
If you're staring at a mold problem right now and cannot wait, call Pure Air Charlotte at 704-396-4233. We're set up to respond the same day across Charlotte and the surrounding Charlotte metro. The sooner we get on site, the less damage mold does to your home and your health.
The first step is a free telephone consultation with a specialist. It helps you understand why you have mold, the causes, and what can be done about it — including Pure Air Charlotte services, availability, and pricing.
A small, senior team — so we treat each home like the only one we're working on this week. Currently accepting new clients across the Charlotte metro. See every city we cover.
