“Great experience, if you are ever in need of mold remediation, call Pure Air before you call anyone. You will not be disappointed! Daniel and Sy are true professionals.”

Walking into a flooded room is its own kind of awful. A pipe lets go overnight, or Sugar Creek comes up faster than the alerts said it would, or one of those August thunderstorms drops four inches in an hour and your sump pump picks that moment to quit. The water is here now, and every hour you wait makes the bill bigger and the rebuild messier. Call us. We can be there fast.

“Sy came by and was super knowledgeable and amazing at explaining. He wasn’t pushy in trying to sell something, he was trying to solve a problem. This is the company you want to call if you have air or mold issue. They know their stuff. Amazing. And thanks again for all the help!!”
“Very good inspection. Daniel was very knowledgeable and thorough.”
“Such an amazing team! Very kind and informative of the entire process!”
“Daniel and his company go above and beyond any normal service. I also work in an industry where communication and expectations are a must. So many fall short of great customer service. But not Pure Air of North Carolina. Though we did not use them for our remedy. I thought it important to let others know that this company is worth your time. They even offered future services regardless of our decision. Thank you Pure Air of North Carolina.”
“Very professional, arrived promptly. Did testing inside & then went to crawl space. Thank You So Much Daniel for sending someone so promptly.”
Standing water of any depth on a finished floor.
First job is extraction. Truck-mounted units pull standing water out fast. Then we set up commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers sized to the actual square footage we're drying, not just whatever's in the truck.
The wet carpet pad usually has to come out. Same with baseboards and the bottom 12 to 24 inches of drywall, depending on how high the water got. We cut clean horizontal lines so your contractor isn't fighting a jagged edge later.
Contents get inventoried and either dried in place or moved to a staging spot. We come back twice a day with moisture meters to check the framing and subfloor so nothing gets buried wet behind a wall. A typical single-room residential job dries in three to five days.
Crawl space jobs and anything bigger usually run a week or more. Whatever the timeline ends up being, you'll know where we are.
A few real things move the price.
We're a Charlotte outfit. Our trucks are based here, and we know the difference between a 1940s crawl space in Plaza Midwood and a slab build out in Highland Creek. Phones are answered at 2 AM. Same-day service runs across Charlotte, Huntersville, Ballantyne, Matthews, Concord, and Gastonia. Every job is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. Our techs are IICRC-trained and we carry the moisture-mapping and thermal-imaging gear to find water that hasn't shown itself yet. Mold remediation is the other half of what we do, so we're drying to a standard that actually prevents the next problem instead of just clearing the visible water.
If you've got water in your home right now, the clock is the thing that matters. Pick up the phone and we'll have someone on the way. Call 704-396-4233, any hour, any day.
The first step is a free telephone consultation with a specialist. It helps you understand why you have mold, the causes, and what can be done about it — including Pure Air Charlotte services, availability, and pricing.
A small, senior team — so we treat each home like the only one we're working on this week. Currently accepting new clients across the Charlotte metro. See every city we cover.
