“I met Sy at an IICRC certification course for water remediation and advanced structural drying. He is very knowledgeable and hardworking. I would trust him and his team with all of my future mold and microbial issues. Highly recommend this company.”
“Donnie and I were very pleased with all aspects start to completion. They were very helpful with any questions we had. The air quality in the home is much better. Daniel and Jason both were very professional and did not push us to do the job. They contacted Donnie within minutes of him researching on Angie’s List. We would use them Again and also would highly recommend them to family and friends, Thank u so much Donnie and Dana Storey”

The smell is usually the first clue.
Standard duct cleaning removes dust. It doesn't treat mold, and no brush or vacuum hose can reach the tight bends, dampers, and junctions where mold actually lives. That's the main reason homes keep getting recontaminated through the same ductwork, sometimes within weeks of an expensive cleaning.
We use Pure Air Charlotte's patented VaPURE process. The antimicrobial sterilant moves through your ducts the way air does, so it reaches the coils, plenums, register boots, and every surface in between.
It treats mold on contact, neutralizes the airborne spores circulating alongside it, and a second application leaves behind a protective coating that makes it much harder for mold to take hold again. Most whole-home treatments run four to six hours.
You're out of the house during the treatment window and back inside the same evening. You don't lose walls or ceilings in the process either.
Pricing comes down to a few straightforward things: the size of your home, the layout of your duct system, and how contaminated everything is when we run our initial air quality tests.
We live and work in Charlotte. We know exactly how hard this climate is on air handlers. Most mold companies treat the rooms but skip the ducts, which is the reason the problem keeps coming back on people who think they're done. We handle both at once, in a single visit, and we back the work with independent lab testing that measures actual airborne spore counts before and after. If your indoor levels aren't lower than the outdoor air when we finish, we come back and retreat at no charge. Same-day appointments are usually available.
Stop chasing that smell from room to room and wondering where it's really coming from. Call Pure Air Charlotte at 704-396-4233 and we'll get your HVAC system tested, treated, and verified clean with independent lab results. Same-day service is available most weeks.
The first step is a free telephone consultation with a specialist. It helps you understand why you have mold, the causes, and what can be done about it — including Pure Air Charlotte services, availability, and pricing.
